This is your simple chicken barbecue with special powers of temptation. The meat is very tender and the skin is just so sinfully crispy. I have been refraining myself from eating chicken skin until I got my hands on my Jo's Chicken Inato. A quarter-cut with rice costs only P68 in Tagbilaran, Bohol. Less than half the price of similar barbecue meals on Bohol's resort island, Panglao.
I was surprised to see a branch in Cebu. Apparently, they have more outlets nationwide including Cagayan de Oro, Bacolod, Iloilo, General Santos, Butuan, and thank heavens, Quezon City.

I believe there's also a Chicken Inato branch in Puerto Princesa, Palawan.
I wish there was one here in Dubai. :( I miss eating at Jo's Chicken Inato. Seeing the photo left me craving for Bisaya style barbecue. I also love their Halo2x served in a young coconut shell. Yummm...
